ok, these wind turbines are worth about a million or so each, and im shure they are disigned and tested to withstand the best mother nature can throw at them, so i find it hard to understand how "ice" a common occurance, can cause one of these turbines to fail, these turbines would not be going fast enough for "ice" to cause such an imbalance for the turbine to fall apart! and wheres the other blade?
