I have eaten fu fu made from boiled banana back in the caribbean. The taste is okay but I prefer the taste of boiled/fried yam, cassava, dasheen with saltfish yummy!!

It's soooo funny to read all these comments about how this ladies hand almost gets 'crushed' when I used to do it all the time. It's so true anak1 I hate using the powderd version as well! I miss the REAL fufu and kokonte!

i agree... i hate when people say the feautures of african ppls are "adaptions" to the climate. kinky hair, broad noses, etc are all ORIGINAL feautures. Straight hair is the true adaption.

only on youtube could you find people arguing about ethnicity watching a cooking video. What does it have to do with the price of a cocoyam in Ghana? Get over yourselves...seriously...take a breath!
